Students were being educated on water, handwashing and personnel hygiene ,this is done because as published and researched by WHO ,children are considered as agents of change who can modify the minds of their parents ,their brothers and sisters and also the colleague who do not gain a chance of studying the hygiene and sanitation. Children are being educated by different methods like posters presentations, group discussions, games and songs which help them to take care what they learn. Children are well taught as said by their headmistress in an interview with one of the International participants who has an expertise in hygiene and sanitation but she added that if nothing is done to provide clean water to schools so that children, teachers wash their hands after coming in toilets and also the school keepers who cook the food for some students ,this will continue to increase the prevalence of diarrhea and respiratory diseases which kill about 2 million of children under five years each year.
