The Clean Energy Support for 400 Adults in Kebbi project continues to seek funding to achieve its goal of providing sustainable solar lighting solutions to vulnerable households living without reliable electricity. The project has a total funding target of $10,000, with the full amount still required to commence large-scale implementation. To date, no donations have been received, highlighting the urgent need for increased donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
Despite the current funding gap, project preparations, beneficiary identification, and community sensitization plans remain in place to ensure swift implementation once resources become available. The successful mobilization of funds will enable the procurement and distribution of 400 solar lighting kits, reducing household energy costs, eliminating dependence on hazardous kerosene lamps, and delivering long-term economic and health benefits to beneficiaries.
Continued support and investment are critical to transforming the lives of 400 adults and their families, while advancing clean energy adoption and environmental sustainability in rural Kebbi State.
