Our new classrooms and library have been a wonderful addition to our school this year! We want to thank everyone who has helped this project by donating. It is because of people just like you that Ambergris Caye Elementary School even exists. We have been able to set up the library with two computer stations where children can research online and learn to use the technology. The library shelves are beginning to fill with books opening up the world of literature to our students!
Next we are working on the purchase of new audio visual equipment to provide the school with a PA system for events and fundraisers. Additionally we would like to purchase a projector to help provide our teachers with the technology to bring visuals into the classroom providing a more stimulating lesson plan in the classroom.
Again, we thank everyone who is helping. We hope to have this project fully funded before the end of this school year and move forward with other projects on the agenda.
