Three more life-changing, life-saving heart procedures were sponsored by Vets With A Mission during its March - April medical mission because of your faithful support!
With the help of people like you through GlobalGiving and others via Vets With A Mission, the March 29 - April 13 and April 13 - 30 humanitarian charity medical mission teams were able to offer free health examinations for nearly 2,500 people. It was during these two teams that 17 "Special patients" were identified. Three of those individuals needed heart procedures.
Two volunteer teams served in Nam Dong District, Thua Thien Hue Province, at five different clincs. One of those clinics was An Hoa in Hue CIty, where the team saw Down Syndrome and other disabled children from a special needs center that serves the entire province.
Please reference the trip report and photos to see what you helped us accomplish!
