Children for a Greener Uganda

This project is focused on equipping schoolchildren with the skills, tools, and motivation to actively participate in environmental conservation. Through this initiative, we aim to provide indigenous and fruit tree seedlings to 30 partner schools, train teachers and student eco-clubs on proper tree planting and care, and promote environmental stewardship among young people.
The project also plans to supply essential tools such as watering cans, hoes, and tree guards, establish school nurseries for sustainable seedling production, and conduct environmental education workshops and awareness campaigns to strengthen knowledge and long-term impact.
Although we have not yet received donations through this platform, we are grateful to share that we have received support from other well-wishers outside the platform. With this support, we have already taken a step forward by planting trees together with children, helping to promote a greener Uganda and instilling a sense of responsibility for the environment among young learners.
Long-Term Impact
This initiative will nurture environmentally conscious students who are actively involved in restoring and protecting their communities. By integrating practical skills with education, the project will contribute to increased tree cover, improved biodiversity, and a healthier environment for future generations.
