20 dogs and cats recently rescued from the local animal shelter shows some wear and tear as a result of being on the streets awhile. Our staff through our animal project picked them up. The officer took them to the Animal Shelter. After evaluation, it was determined that they didn’t have an injury but he was suffering from an upper respiratory infection. Once it was determined that the they were healthy, and after they put on a little weight, they were neutered and vaccinated.
After the Animal Shelter reached out to area cat rescues, New Beginnings Cats and Dogs Rescue was able to quickly rescue Pip who is now with a foster family and will soon be available for adoption.
To all the people that support New Beginnings Cats and Dogs Rescue, by donating, fostering and adopting, remember you are the heart and soul of the rescue. Thank you for your continued support.
