Progress Report For GlobalGiving
“Empowering Women and Girls”

The rainy season is very intense presently and the roads leading to the rural areas are becoming inaccessible. We are happy that the cultivation of the rice was completed before the heavy rains set in.
THINK was very honored to be visited by a representative from GlobalGiving, Ms. Dalila
Sumani, on July 25, 2019. The GlobalGiving Representative spent time at the THINK Safe homes where she met staff and children resident at the homes.
During her time at the Safe Homes, Ms. Dalila Sumani interacted with the staff and children. The residents displayed their handicrafts and gave her a beaded necklace to remember them. THINK also attended one of the workshops held by GlobalGiving in Monrovia for partners, and CSOs.
In our next progress report, we will have pictures from the agriculture project in rural Liberia, being done by the Empowering Women and Girls’ Project.
