In 2025, we continued to invest in long-term impact through a continuous production of content, research, and public debate on care work in Brazil. Throughout the year, we strengthened our commitment to digital communication, raising awareness about the central role of care in society and monitoring the progress of the National Policy for Care Work. Our efforts focused on informing the public, influencing organizational practices, and fostering a broader understanding of care as an essential dimension of gender equity and social development.
Regarding family and childcare responsibilities, we advocated for equal parental leave, since fathers in Brazil were previously entitled to only five days of leave. For more than a year, we participated in mobilization groups and engaged with Congress to advance this agenda. As a result, we achieved a significant milestone: the approval of an additional 15 days of paternity leave in the Chamber of Deputies. We remain actively engaged to ensure further progress in the coming years.
Looking ahead to 2026, our commitment remains firm: to ensure that care work is recognized, fairly compensated, and equitably shared across society.
Thank you to all who trust and support our work. We remain committed, and you can keep counting on us.
