The impact of intervention by SPHEED-GLOBAL GIVING among the quarry workers is the awareness on adverse effects of addiction of liquor, tobacco and health hazards of dust inhaled. Apart from this, the quarry workers are motivated to provide Higher Education to the children to get better employment. The students are interested in learning process and many of them have started shining in their schools. The teachers of their schools are satisfied with our service. Though the provision of education will not yield immediate tangible results for fund raising activity the early signs show the success of the project.

The teachers explained and create on Plastics. The hazards plastics pose are numerous. The land gets littered by plastic bag garbage presenting an ugly and unhygienic seen. The "Throw away culture" results in these bags finding their way in to the city drainage system, the resulting blockage cases inconvenience, difficult in maintaining the drainage with increased cost, creates unhygienic environment resulting in health hazard and spreading of water borne diseases. This littering also reduces rate of rain water percolating, resulting in lowering of already low water levels in our villages and cities. The soil fertility deteriorates as the plastic bags form part of manure remains in the soil for years.

And also our teachers explained and coaching about the women’s self-defense to the quarry workers women.
