Project Report | May 11, 2015
Meet Aaron.

By Kim Hackbarth | Boy with a Ball CR Staff

Aaron is a Journalism major at UIA university—Universidad Internacional de la Americas— here in San Jose. Aaron is a part of Boy with a Ball's university scholarship program and shared with us a little bit about what the program has meant to him.

“The scholarship program has had a not only a great impact on an academic level, but also holistically. This is due to the fact that in the program, I have received personal growth comprehensively (this includes spiritually, academically and socially). In the scholarship program, I have come to understand a great amount of values and virtues that have helped in my education. Some of these include responsibility, compromise, and integrity. Besides that, in respect to the academic growth, I have come to know a great collaboration, due to the dedication of the members of the program. In summary, I feel very pleased with the program and mainly, very thankful for it.”
