Emergination Africa is delighted to share with you that the National Business Case Competition(NBCC) 2023 program successfully reached 79 schools in Zimbabwe with 10 student teams of innovative and bright young entrepreneurial minds securing a spot in the upcoming NBCC National Finals! Through your contributions, Emergination Africa managed to take the NBCC program across all 10 provinces in Zimbabwe with 20 rural schools and each school having 20 learners participating in the NBCC. The National Business Case Competition provides learners with a platform to nurture young talent to realize it's potential and contribute positively to the advancement of the African economy. We are pleased to let you know that we have successfully launched our 4th edition of the NBCC through a call for submission where learners were tasked to present business solutions to economic challenges in Zimbabwe. 79 schools managed to submit their proposals this year and 10 were then selected to represent their provinces at the physical National Finals that is going to be hosted in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The 10 finalists are now participating in Master Classes as they perfect their ventures to become more than just a school project but a sustainable and scalable venture. This is the time for the teams to refine their ideas and prototypes before national finals in September. From the national finals, judges will then select schools that will be accelerated through the Virtual Innovation Accelerator program
