We are excited to share that this project continues to move forward. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have already secured approximately 25% of the total project funding through internal fundraising efforts. This is an important first milestone that is helping us build the foundation needed to launch the project.
Alongside fundraising, we have been actively developing partnerships with organizations already working inside the refugee camp. We are currently in discussions with several NGOs to collaborate and expand the reach of this initiative. By working together, we aim to create a more comprehensive support system for children and maximize the impact of every donation.
One of our key priorities is to extend our support to children attending the camp's kindergarten. Through safe play spaces and play based programming, we hope to provide opportunities for healing, healthy development, and joyful childhood experiences for some of the camp's youngest and most vulnerable children.
Thank you for believing in this project and for helping us take meaningful steps toward bringing hope, resilience, and the power of play to refugee children. We look forward to sharing more progress as these partnerships are finalized and the project continues to grow.
Much love,
The Power of Play team
