Title: Feeding Program Continues*
Dear Generous Partner,
Greetings from Gaba Hope for Kids.
Our feeding program continues because every child has to eat before they can learn.
Every day, over 300 children come to our learning center. Many come hungry. Some have not had breakfast. Some did not eat last night.
When a child is hungry, they cannot concentrate. They feel weak. They stop coming.
A simple bowl of porridge or a plate of rice and beans changes everything. A child gets energy, stays in class, and smiles again.
Why We Continue Feeding:
- A fed child learns better
- A fed child stays in class longer
- A fed child comes back the next day
- For many children, this is their only meal of the day
What We Need:
- Maize flour, rice, beans, cooking oil, sugar
- Firewood and clean water
- Cooking pots, plates, and cups
- Volunteers to help cook and serve
We are doing our best with what we have, but food prices are high and the children are many.
Please help us continue feeding our children. When you give food, you keep a child in school.
We are not asking for pity. We are asking for partnership.
Every meal counts. Every plate matters.
