As part of **Amal Alumma Organization’s efforts to respond to the humanitarian needs of displaced families in the Gaza Strip, our team distributed hot meals to the family of the young man shown in the photo at Abu Shmeis Camp.
Families living in the camp face difficult humanitarian and living conditions, with ongoing challenges in securing food and other basic necessities. In these circumstances, a hot meal provides meaningful support, helping the family access a ready-to-eat meal while easing part of the daily burden they face.
Our team worked to deliver the meals directly to the family, providing not only food and comfort but also a message of solidarity and care to families experiencing the hardships of displacement.
A hot meal may seem simple, but for a displaced family, it means more than food—it is a moment of comfort, a message of hope, and a reminder that someone remembers them and stands by their side.
We sincerely thank all the donors who continue to support our hot meal program in Gaza. Because of your generosity, we can continue reaching families most in need and providing meals that help them face their daily challenges.
