Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions facing families in Gaza City, AMAL ALUMMA ORGANIZATION provided a shopping voucher to Saleh, an orphaned child, and his mother, helping them meet some of their essential needs.
The voucher gave Saleh and his mother the opportunity to visit a local store and choose the food and basic necessities they needed most. This approach allowed the family to prioritize their own needs while preserving their dignity and giving them greater freedom of choice.
For a child who has lost his father and is facing difficult circumstances alongside his mother, this support represents more than financial assistance. It is a message of care, solidarity, and reassurance that they are not alone in facing these challenging times.
We hope this voucher will help ease some of the burden on Saleh’s mother, provide them with essential necessities, and bring a small smile to the child’s face amid the hardships surrounding them.
We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this initiative and helped us reach families most in need in Gaza. Your generosity is making a real difference in the lives of children and vulnerable families.
