Support Orphans and Families in Gaza & Syria

In Talalin Camp in northern Syria, where displacement has become a daily reality and countless families continue to face severe economic hardship, Amal Alumma Organization carried out a food basket distribution to support vulnerable households and help ease the burden of food insecurity.

During this distribution, our team visited a family living in a simple shelter built from unfinished concrete blocks. At the entrance stood a young boy beside his father, waiting with quiet hope as the food basket was delivered. Despite the difficult circumstances surrounding them, their gratitude was evident. For this family, the basket represented more than food—it was reassurance that they were not alone in their struggle.

Each food basket contained essential staples to help families meet their daily nutritional needs. These supplies provide immediate relief, allowing parents to focus less on how they will feed their children and more on rebuilding hope for the future.

This humanitarian effort was made possible through the generosity of compassionate donors whose support continues to reach families living in some of the most challenging conditions in northern Syria. Every food basket delivered is a reminder that kindness can cross borders and restore dignity to those who need it most.
