With the generous support of our donors, Amal Alumma Organization provided a shopping voucher to the family of two young sisters in Gaza City, giving them the opportunity to purchase the food and essential household items they need during these challenging times.
For children growing up amid hardship, the ability to visit a store and choose essential items with their family is about more than meeting basic needs—it restores a sense of normalcy, dignity, and hope. The shopping voucher empowered the family to prioritize the items most important to them, ensuring that the assistance matched their immediate needs.
Our field team accompanied the family throughout the process to ensure the support was delivered smoothly and respectfully. This approach allows families to make their own choices while preserving their dignity and strengthening their ability to care for their children.
