In the Ahtimlat Camp in northern Syria, where displaced families struggle every day to secure even the most basic necessities, our team delivered a food basket to the home of Mr. Othman—bringing a measure of relief and hope after days of uncertainty.

Mr. Othman lives with a physical disability that has made providing for his family an overwhelming challenge. Combined with the harsh realities of displacement and soaring food prices, his family faces immense hardship. In circumstances like these, a food basket is far more than a collection of groceries—it is a message that this family has not been forgotten, and that compassionate people still stand beside them in their time of need.

The basket contained essential food supplies to help the family meet their daily nutritional needs and ease some of the financial burden they carry, allowing them to focus on other urgent challenges instead of worrying about their next meal.

While this assistance has brought comfort to Mr. Othman's family, hundreds of other families across northern Syria's displacement camps are still waiting for the same helping hand. As humanitarian funding continues to decline, our ability to reach those in desperate need becomes increasingly limited, even as their needs continue to grow.
