Dear valued donors,
In Widows Camp in Ihtaimlat village in northern Syria, widowed and displaced families continue to face extremely difficult living conditions, where securing daily food has become a major challenge for mothers carrying the responsibility of caring for their children alone.
Among these families is Hind, who lives with her mother and her sister Fatima in the camp under difficult and unstable conditions. The family struggles every day to secure even their most basic needs while facing ongoing hardship.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to distribute bread to Hind and her family as part of a humanitarian initiative aimed at easing part of their suffering and providing an essential food item to help them cope with these harsh living conditions.
In displacement camps, bread is not simply food—it is a basic necessity that helps provide food security for vulnerable families, and it also carries a message of compassion, care, and solidarity.
For Hind, her mother, and her sister Fatima, this simple support carried an impact far greater than its material value, as it helped reduce part of their daily worries and reminded them that they are not alone in their struggle.
With your support, even the simplest forms of assistance create meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable families, ensuring that compassion continues to reach children and families who need it most.
