In the heart of the suffering endured by civilians in Deir al-Balah, specifically in the Abu Jmeiza area, our humanitarian teams continue their efforts to reach families exhausted by displacement and overwhelmed by harsh living conditions.
As part of these efforts, we distributed hot meals to the family of the child Majd, who lives with his parents under extremely difficult humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip. In a place lacking even the most basic necessities, a hot meal becomes more than just food—it becomes a moment of warmth, reassurance, and a reminder that they are not forgotten.
Majd’s family, like thousands of others, struggles daily to secure food amid scarce resources, rising prices, and a lack of income opportunities. These meals helped ease part of that burden and offered them a moment of relief in a reality filled with hardship.
The moment Majd received his meal was not just an act of aid distribution—it was a powerful humanitarian message: that goodness still exists, and that compassionate hearts continue to reach out despite all circumstances.
