The members of the BMAB committee are all very enthusiastic about working in the community. We have 2 leaders who were on the committee in the 2010-2011 year and at least 1 member with teaching experience who also attended the First Teacher training in 2010. We have created a well thought out map for the year with strong goals that we are determined to reach. Each member holds early childhood literacy close to their hearts and knows the importance of teaching these skills to others.
This fall we are adding a new partner a children's relief nursery to bring our program to. We will need to purchase a new bookshelf filled with children's books and other supplies to make this program successful.
