Dear Global Givens friends,
This report reflects the challenges we faced and overcame, as well as the achievements of Rede Cultural Beija-Flor in 2025. Every year of our journey is unique, and 2025 once again brought us the joy of seeing the meaningful impact of our work in the lives of children, young people, adults, and their families.
As we mark 32 years of work, our commitment remains steadfast: ensuring the full exercise of rights for people experiencing social vulnerability. The people we serve, who inspired the founding of Rede Cultural Beija-Flor, are at the heart of everything we do and guide the development and implementation of all our projects.
Looking back, we see how our work has continually evolved to meet the needs of the communities we serve. As we look to the future, we remain grounded in the present, guided by our mission, vision, and values of transparency, equity, and excellence.
More than a report of numbers and indicators, we want this document to be an invitation. We invite you to discover the stories of transformation of those we serve, reflected in the smiles captured throughout these pages.
To everyone who walked alongside us throughout this year, our heartfelt thanks. Your support, partnership, and trust make this work possible.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
