This report presents the activities implemented by Rede Cultural Beija-Flor (RCBF) during the year 2024, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to promoting education, culture, and social inclusion among children, adolescents, and families living in vulnerable communities.
Throughout the year, RCBF carried out a diverse set of initiatives across its main program areas — education, culture, professional training, and psychosocial support — through the following projects: Art and Culture, Cultural Workshops, More Education, Education for Equity, Tio Chr Olesen Project, Valient Girls, Young Apprentice, Social Assistance and Socioemotional Support, Community Bond Strengthening Service, Serving Hope, Socioemotional Support, and Dance Movement Therapy.
This document provides an overview of the actions developed within these programs, accompanied by process and impact indicators that measure the effectiveness, reach, and social impact of RCBF’s interventions. The results demonstrate the organization’s continuous effort to foster autonomy, strengthen community ties, and promote human development through culture and education.
