At Rede Cultural Beija-Flor (RCBF), our mission is to foster meaningful transformation in the lives of at-risk children and their families residing in Diadema’s favelas. Through a comprehensive range of free services—including cultural activities, social-emotional support, vocational training, and access to quality education in private schools—we strive to empower individuals and promote sustainable development within the community.
This report reflects not only the achievements of our dedicated team but also the invaluable support of partners, donors, and advocates like you. While we celebrate the strides we’ve made, we also recognize the challenges faced in measuring and enhancing our impact.
