In our last update I told you about the new online platform we are building together with the African grassroots organizations Arise, Nowspar, Boxgirls Kenya and Jambo Bukoba. The platform tools.boxgirls.org is now almost ready for launch.
Boxgirls founder Heather Cameron is on her way to Kenya and South Africa to meet with the partners and review the beta version before we open it to the public. We are very excited about the new tool we have created. It not only gives interested organisations anywhere in the world a first glimpse at what can be achieved with a boxing training for girls and young women. It also informs about income generating tools for community projects and provides several examples from the field. Look forward to reading more about the platform once it has been officially launched.
