I our quest to bring Boxgirls to more communities around the world we have taken a little ‘detour’ if you will. As mentioned in the last update we were invited to a conference by German Development Corporation GIZ in South Africa. There, together with grassroots organizations Arise, Nowspar, Boxgirls Kenya, Jambo Bukoba we developed the idea of a website, offering much of our curriculum for download. This will allow more community projects to implements the parts of the programs that fit their needs. At the same time, it will also offer a platform for exchange. So that projects can learn not only from our experience but also - more importantly - from each other. We’re hoping to be live in early spring.
