Read to Rise had a successful Term 3!
We visited 46 primary schools in Mitchells Plain and Soweto during July to September 2026, and conducted 537 Class Programmes - 23,980 children benfitted from this and also received a new OAKY book to take home!
The team visited Good Hope Primary School in Polokwane on 1-2 September 2026, thank you to Fairvest for sponsoring the learners.
We thank all our sponsors for making this possible and for helping us to inspire more children to read, so that they can rise!
We also launched our second ECD Class Programme - Oaket Goes to Sleep - and will be visiting 40 ECDs during the second half of 2026. Thank you to the Tshikululu Trust for sponsoring 2,000 children!
