During Term 3 of 2025, the Read to Rise visited 36 primary schools in Mitchells Plain and Soweto and conducted 258 Class Programmes, giving out 11,110 new story books to children in need!
The learners were happy to receive their brand new Oaky book and enjoyed the story!
We encouraged the learners to read to 'rise' and achieve their dreams and that anything is possible.
We thank our wonderful supporters who help us to inspire more children to read and give them books to own. Together we can create a nation of inspired readers.
We believe that if children love to read, they will excel and go on to become good, constructive members of society. It all starts with reading!
