In the Past few months, Between the Lines wrapped and mailed books and recordings to 60 kids. These kids will be able to hear their parent reading a story to them during a time of the year when separation is particularly difficult
We also visited Coffee Creek Correctional Facility and recorded 26 women reading to 39 children. Those books will be wrapped and mailed in February.
The results are in for our 2014 Book Fair and Between the Lines raised $193! In addition to the money raised, we also received 30 donated books. This money will be used to replenish our stock of CDs, CD cases, mailing envelopes and wrapping paper and the books donated will help boost our inventory so we can spend less money on books.
