Dear Supporter,
The Bee Friendly Conservation Park and Bee Rescue Center is buzzing with progress, and we’re excited to share what’s unfolding.
Our team has now developed a clear, sciencebacked plan to help restore and expand the bee population on Cozumel Island. This includes a formal assessment of the challenges bees face here—and the practical, community-driven solutions we’re putting into action. You’ll find these outlined in the slides below, which walk through our vision and the impact we can create together.
Our next major step is the creation of an educational laboratory. This space will allow visitors to see firsthand how easily honey can be altered with artificial or natural additives—reducing its flavor, nutritional value, and authenticity. Through simple demonstrations and hands-on tests, we’ll empower people to recognize adulterated honey and appreciate the importance of protecting genuine, sustainably produced bee products.
With your support, we can inspire even more people to join this mission and help transform the Bee Friendly Conservation Park into a worldclass center for bee, mangrove, and coral conservation and research. Together, we can build a place where science, education, and environmental stewardship come alive.
Thank you for beeing an essential part of this work.
Warmly,
The Bee Friendly Conservation Park Team
