Dear Supporter,
Greetings from Cozumel, Mexico. As the hot summer months are ending we are anticipating rainy weather and the small likelihood af a hurricane.
As a result, the staff at Bee Friendly has been hard at work with construction.
In our last report, we stated the need for internet access. We got a great deal from Starlink and a donor sponsored the hardward purchase. We hope that ticket sales will pay for the monthly fee and the gas for the electric generator (there is also no power where the Conservation Park is located). Guests are happy to have the access and Bee Friendly can take credit card paypments efficiently.
The pictures below show the new Cacao/Honey Tasting area where guests can create their own natural concoction. It was a bit cramped before and now there is room to have everyone try it. It's a fun experience and a great way to learn about these flavors.
We also sponsored a Love the Bees Seminar on August 28 in Cozumel. A flyer about it shown below
Thank you for your interest in the Park and your generosity.
Best Wishes,
Gary and The Staff
