Now in 2021, our efforts continnue assisting families in Nassau, Bahamas. We supported over 50,000 people weekly with food assistance from March 2020-December 2020. Now in the New Year we continue our efforts supporting over 20,000 people weekly with much-needed food assistance. As we hope the country will return to some form of normalcy with tourism hopefully coming back online safely, there are still many in great need for emergency food assistance in the country.
As we continue our food assistance efforts, we will be building up our program capacity to support sustainable farming and workforce development to further support the communities we serve in the Bahamas. Thank you for supporting our efforts during this difficult time!
