Thanks to your generosity, our Back to School project took an encouraging first step this term. With the $200 donation received so far, we began preparing essential learning supplies for the children who need them most. While we are still early in the campaign, this initial fund allowed us to enroll one beneficiary in school.
Tofunmi is 9 years old. She is the eldest of three children whose father, a commercial driver, left for work last year and never returned, leaving their mother to care for them alone. With no stable income, the girls struggled to remain in school until the proprietor brought their case to our attention. Thanks to the support generated through our GlobalGiving Back-to-School Project, Tofunmi is now a beneficiary of the Inspire Scholarship, ensuring she can continue her education alongside her sisters.
We are deeply grateful for every donor who has supported this project so far. Your early contribution is already making a real difference. As donations continue to come in, we look forward to expanding our reach and ensuring that more children begin the term with dignity, confidence, and the tools they need to succeed.
