Thousands of girls in rural Pakistan leave school because of poverty, early marriage, and social barriers. This project will help 500 girls return to high school by covering admission fees, tuition, books, uniforms, and safe transportation. Through parent counseling and financial support, Muwakhat Foundation will give girls the opportunity to complete their education, pursue higher studies, and build brighter futures.
Meet Munaheli, a top-performing student raised by her single mother, who supports the family by cleaning homes. Despite her outstanding results, she almost lost the chance to continue her education because her family could not afford the costs. Her story reflects the reality of hundreds of girls in Pakistan whose dreams end after school simply because of poverty, not a lack of ability.
Muwakhat Foundation will identify 500 out-of-school girls, counsel their parents, and remove the financial barriers that keep them from learning. Each girl will receive admission support, school fees, books, uniforms, and safe transportation. By helping families value girls' education, this project will enable them to stay in school and achieve their full potential.
Five hundred girls will complete high school, continue higher education, and gain the skills needed for employment and leadership. Educated girls marry later, earn higher incomes, and invest in their families' health and education. By empowering one girl, we create lasting change for her family, her community, and future generations across Pakistan.
