Our friend Krzysztof is currently in Ukraine delivering a donated FIRE ENGINE filled with supplies for villagers affected by Putin's War. He has painstakenly loaded this fire engine with medical, food, pet and other needed items to help those in dire need.
In the beginning of his brave forays into Ukraine to deliver supplies, Krzysztof became involved in a situation that landed him in jail. You can read about this Harrowing Tale on the AAI website or see the link below.
In short, Krzysztof was traveling back to Poland in the dark of night with a young boy whose mother was desperate to get him home. Out of nowhere, a bison appeared in front of his jeep! Krzysztof swerved to miss the animal, veered off the road into a ravine and hit a tree. The impact knocked him...and the boy unconscious. Somehow, Krzysztof pulled himself out of the totaled car, then rescued the boy and resuscitated him. Help arrived and the boy was taken to the hospital. Krzysztof was arrested and taken to JAIL!
He was released three days later after the Polish ambassador intervened. The boy recovered fully. Last July, Krzysztof was cleared of all charges. See the story here. https://airlineamb.org/a-harrowing-tale/
Yet, facing all this, Krzysztof has continued...and will continue to bring help to Ukrainians. His courage and selfless determination are admirable. He appreciates your support for his cause and is grateful for your continued donations to help him...help Ukaine.
