Atma provides strategic solutions to help education NGOs scale. Each year, we choose a cohort of organisations to become partners, and provide them with up to three years of holistic consultancy support & management expertise. Atma recruits professional volunteers from around the world to execute projects with our partner organisations.
Our journey with all partnerships begins with due diligence. The pre-partnership workshops help our partner organisations articulate the social problems they are trying to solve and articulate their vision and mission. Atma recently onboarded new partner organisations to our portfolio and we are working steadily to help them become bigger, stronger and better!

The Accelerator team conducted a series of onboarding workshops for Sparsha Charitable Trust.

A major area we try to support the organisations is in Monitoring & Evaluation. This begins with articulating the Logic Model of their activities and targeted outputs and outcomes. The Accelerator team conducted a Logic Model Workshop for Rubaroo.
