Because of supporters like you, Atlas Corps is able to welcome Nourhan (Egypt, Host: The Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP)) who will be joining Atlas Corps Class 37 on October 1st! Nourhan is not only an experienced and skilled journalist, but has taken her career a step further by completing her law degree at Cairo University. Throughout her career, Nourhan has dedicated herself to human rights issues, media freedoms, judicial affairs, and significant court verdict in Egypt. During her most recent work, she was as a reporter for a multitude of reputable Egypt news outlets, including Mada Masr, where she compiled daily press clips for the Morning Digest, Aswat Masriya, and Daily News Egypt. Nourhan has conducted in depth socio-legal research and archive collection strategies at the Law and Society Research Unit at The American University in Cairo to compile legal documents for the digital legal archive, Manshurat Qanuneya. Nourhan has followed her passion for legal and judicial development in Egypt, her work has consistently strived to make legal and media affairs in Egypt open and free.
