Impact reporting of our work

This report will highlight the impacts to lives of 350 families out of 2000 families we target to reach. One of the project goals is to make sure none of the children we serve dying of hunger or by related sickness.
At the moment, the project strategies for making sure food packs are donated to people that have been registered and checked by headmasters in way of instill the sprit of accountability, honest and motivated our donors to keep the burning support.
It's a good to report that our referrals are going well and checked regularly.
The distribution points identified are well coordinated maintained with volunteers on ground distributed food packs weekly and recorded and checked everything accordingly in support of their headquarters.
The mostly donated food packs are comprised of vegetables, flour and fish as well as seedlings for plants as to support community have continued food security instead of they keep relayed on getting finished food products.

This report is all about what has been happened in the last three months, the project has been kicking all the way to make sure no child in our community is dying of hunger or by hunger related sickness.
We are forging out project strategies to make sure all registered beneficiaries are well taken care of and have provided with secured food.
We are working darder to make sure that all established referral are maintained and working.
All registered or people affected by hunger has been sofar receives distribution of received food and other material that is donated.
The distribution points has been identified and well maintained and coordinated well. All stakeholders inputs has also been integrated in the programs and respected, in the same vein, community inputs was also considered and respected, which led to the project to run effectivelly and effeciently so far.
To protect the confidentiality and privacy of our beneficiaries, we have put in place guidelines for our programs as one of our organization's ethics that has been strongly so far reccommended by our stakeholders. We are putting up neew strategies for the training of community on issue of confidentiality.
