When someone learns that they have been diagnosed with diabetes, one of the biggest challenges in learning how to live healthfully is learning how to make good food choices. The American Diabetes Association is the leading organization dedicated to improving the lives of those living with diabetes, and we have been working hard to create new and improved resources to empower those living with diabetes to make these choices.
Our new Diabetes Food Hub is a resource designed to provide solutions to daily meal planning challenges. Users can save time during their busy week using the innovative Meal Planner, editable Grocery List, and Healthy Eating Tips from food experts. We also feature blog posts addressing other lifestyle challenges, like cooking healthy meals on a budget.
Diabetes Food Hub is free to use, and new recipes are published monthly! Visit www.diabetesfoodhub.org to learn more and start building your meal plan.
