This past winter, the world was called to action when Ukraine - a country once stable and prosperous - was thrust into unknown. Since the war in Ukraine first began, over 13 million people have been displaced. While roughly half of this figure are refugees across the world, the other half have remained in Ukraine, unable - or not wanting - to abandon all that they know.
With your support, NuDay has been working to send aid to support internally displaced people within the country. Since NuDay first began our response, we have shipped 10 containers filled to the brim with humanitarian and medical aid. Each container is 40-feet long, and is packed with all the items that displaced people need to live dignified and empowered lives once again. We've sent medical equipment to support those injured by the war, food to keep people fed, solar chargers to guarantee electricity no matter the circumstance, tents and sleeping bags to provide shelter, and countless other needed items.
