Thank you to our donors to this project. We have been meeting with the mayor and other government leaders in Kuystendil to get approval for the school. We are also looking at partnering with another NGO who has already been working in the Roma community on education programs. We are are also working on the curriculum to help girls attending the school learn life skills and delay early marriage. . We meet with the mayor again this week to see about utilizing some of the city buildings for the after-school program. We are optimistic that we can get something going soon and know that this type of initiative will make a difference for the community.
