A Warm Greeting from RSKS India !! !!
I am Ramlal (Name Changed), a marginal farmer living in a remote village. I am 43 years old and have a small family. My financial condition is not so good, and I face many problems in managing my family's needs. My land is not fertile enough, and it's tough to grow crops and earn enough for my family's needs. One day, I heard about RSKS India's "Adopt a Tree: Protect Environment & Earth" project as there were some people from RSKS India who were doing baseline survey in our village. The program aimed to provide fruit-bearing trees to the marginal farmers so that they could have a better future. The fruit trees would not only keep their family healthy, but they could also sell the fruits in the market to earn some extra income.
I was thrilled to be a part of this project and couldn't wait to receive the trees. The RSKS India team members came to my house and gave me some saplings of different fruit trees like mango, guava, and pomegranate etc. They also provided me with the necessary guidance and information on how to take care of the trees. I planted those saplings in my courtyard with great care and attention. I ensured that they got enough water, sunlight, and fertilizers to grow well. Over time, the trees started to grow and bear fruit. It was a great feeling to see my hard work and dedication paying off. The fruit trees not only provided me and my family with fresh fruits, but I was also able to sell some of them in the market and earn some extra income.
RSKS India's "Adopt a Tree: Protect Environment & Earth" project has brought a significant change to my life. It has given me hope and motivation to work harder and create a better future for myself and my family. I am grateful to RSKS India and the team members for providing me with this opportunity and helping me to improve my life. It has proved to be a boon for me and other marginal farmers like me. It has not only provided us with a sustainable source of income but has also helped us to contribute towards protecting the environment and earth. I hope that more and more people can benefit from such initiatives and bring a positive change to their lives.
