Dear Fundación Dones de Misericordia Family,
This New Year 2022, we would like to start with some words of hope “If I change, everything changes, If I change Tierra Bomba changes”. Thank you for joining us in this new journey at “Dones Azulado '' after partnering with Jardin Azulado to provide even higher quality of education to up to 350 children between the ages of 2 to 6. Thank you for believing in the changes that we can only make TOGETHER!
The partnership with Jardin Azulado increased the professional and volunteer team who are implementing the Reggio Emilia methodology which enhances children’s learning through the observation and development of their own projects. In addition to continuing to provide care to the children by giving them nutritious meals and snacks, we have integrated a model in which the kids will use recycled materials to create learning materials enhancing their creativity.
We continue providing a safe and enriched environment to the children to help them to reach their milestones as well as motivating them to take care of the environment, their body, and their island.
Dones Azulado continues being followed by the activities on Saturdays at “El Kiosko de los Dones” where kids and their families to enjoy activities that promote healthy interactions with others, with the environment, and the fauna but also to benefit from health care presentations when health care professionals visit us to volunteer.
As the Spring Season starts we wish you, your family, and your loved ones to continue being healthy and happy surrounded by the warmth of love and peace. Your commitment and monthly efforts through your donations help to shape a brighter future for the children and families who live in Tierra Bomba Island.
Warm Regards,
Fundación Dones de Misericordia
