A fruitful visit to Uganda

Our recent visit to Kristina Health Centre illustrated what we already knew from the monthly reports that our Clinic Manager submits: KHC is providing high-quality, vital services to a fast-growing number of Northern Ugandans.

Free vaccinations, clean and safe labor and delivery, skilled treatment of malaria and other conditions, and a generally professional approach to serving patients have turned KHC into the region's model institution. As the staff there now describes it, KHC is "humming." (We taught them the term.)

Your donations are making a significant impact on the lives of community members who otherwise would lack any form of healthcare, let alone high-quality service — not to mention the dedicated staff members who told us that KHC has become a place of personal and professional pride.
