Attend and accompany to indigenous women that lives violence in our region is central because we live multiple violence that goes through the women life. Only in March-June 2021 period we attended 55 women in legal and psychological issues. Of these 55 women, 34 came for first time to request legal orientation and 20 women came for follow their cases. About this legal attention, 2 women was directed to Agrarian Tribunal; 3 to Family Court; one to Agrarian Attorney and one to Public Ministry. Also 12 women came to request psychological attention, 4 teenager, 2 girls, one boy and 2 men; of these, 9 cases were for first time and 16 cases are in psychological following. In total, we offered 130 services, 83 about legal issues and 47 in psychological attention.

21 women came to request psychological attention; 9 for first time and 16 to follow their cases. In total, we offered 130 services, 83 about legal issues and 47 in psychological attention.

At present, our organization doesn’t count with financing for offer a better and constant legal attention to more women that lives violence. As we don't have a constant budget, we can’t have a full time lawyer that can offer legal adviser. This attention es very necessary and important for our organization, because is the only place where women feel heard, supported and oriented, so they say that.

Women who come to our organization are from far away communities so it is expensive for them to move from their community to our organization and in occasions they comeback discouraged not having the necessary staff to provide this support.

People in the law enforcement agencies are not sensitized to provide good care, instead of helping women, they re-victimize them and end up violating their rights. In other hand, community authorities don’t count with training and experience for attend women that lives violence or don’t want to attend women violence cases because are macho men.
