A Computer For Mom
My daughter used to ask me how to surf the Internet, how to delete. And I didn't know! "Like a person who can't read and write, that's how it is like to not know how to use a computer. It was very difficult because I really felt I was illiterate
When you don't have the right tools, it feels like you have limitations. It feels like your being left out.But now i feel I'm included, that I'm a part of something.
At the RIA there's English lessons for kids too. Children learn, and click around without fear And I was afraid I could break the computer down or delete everything from it.
