We would like to take the opportunity to thank you again for your generous support for providing much need quality family planning servcies in remote villages of India through our project. Your Contribution has supported many poor couples to access method of their chioce for planning their family!!
In India, family planning is still skwed towards females- with female sterilization accounting for around 40% . In contrast male sterilization accounts for just 0-1 %. HLFPPT has been continously striving to change this proprtion by implementing innovative strategies for greater male involvemnet in family planning. In order to promote male sterilization, HLFPPT organizes NSV Promotion camp in remote regions of Uttar Pradesh. A total of 11 cases have been done at Kanpur Nagar and Allahabad districts in June 2017. Over the course of 6 months from January 2017 till June 2017, we have mobilzied clients for 128 cases of male sterilization in Uttar Pradesh.
We are sure that by doing so we would bring happiness in lives of these families. All this is possible only becuase of your continued support. Our humble thanks to you from India!!
