This report details the recovery efforts in Álamo and surrounding areas following severe flooding and landslides triggered in October 2025 by Hurricane Priscilla and Tropical Storm Raymond. The accompanying video highlights the poignant testimonies of local residents who faced critical moments during the overflow of the Cazones River and lost their belongings, yet chose to persevere through the hardship.

Through the collaborative efforts of 350 dedicated volunteers, local community members, and partner organizations like GlobalGiving, the initiative successfully constructed new homes and restored access to clean drinking water for 38 affected families. This crucial relief project stands as a powerful testament to community resilience, solidarity, and transformative mutual support across the region.
