A new centre for new opportunities

At the Azure Learning Centre in Fushë Kosovë, children who regularly take part in the centre’s educational and recreational activities had the opportunity to discover something new about themselves through a special Mind Lab session.

Guided by three dedicated volunteers – Verona, Arta, and Liza – the children explored the fascinating world of the brain, emotions, thoughts, and the way our minds work. Through interactive activities, conversations, and fun exercises, they were encouraged to ask questions, express their feelings, and think about how their minds influence the way they learn, communicate, and understand the world around them.

The session quickly became a space filled with curiosity, laughter, and participation. The children were eager to share their thoughts and experiences, while discovering that learning about emotions and the brain can be both meaningful and fun.

For many of the children who attend activities at the Azure Learning Centre, opportunities like this provide more than just learning. They create a safe and welcoming environment where children can explore, build confidence, express themselves, and learn together.
