ALTSO is honing in on the most innovative and cost effective ways to provide prosthetic treatments to our patients while still offering high quality products that our patients and our partners can be proud of.
As we recently announced, ALTSO has launched The Joshi prosthetic limb. As you likely know, it's an innovative design that combines some of the best materials available to create one of the highest quality limbs currently offered to children in the developing world - something no other organization has ever done.
But we know that our patients are not just dealing with the physical effects of their disability. The emotional toll of having a prosthetic, especially as a child, can be extremely hard to manage. With that in mind, ALTSO spent a long time working on the design of our limbs with the look and feel taking as much priority as the durability and quality.
But our work is far from done. This year alone we received requests to treat more than 3,000 children, and now with the new limb kits available we are receiving even more! Now more than ever, we need your continued support in order to register more children for The Joshi.
